So you can buy it for your buyers. And get the price from the buyer, and also you can get the affiliate commission.

Facebook is the one of the best platform to grow your Business on Social media. Like, if you don't know what does Facebook, then go to your play store app and search for Facebook app.
Then install it after that, open it and create your account on this app. After that, upload your profile details and set your profile picture.
Now you need to create a page of your brand like if your business is to sell mobiles then create it. After that, you categorize, and you can select buy and sell category.
Now there are some slides opened and ask to upload your product details, so you just upload mobiles details with mobiles pictures. And publish it in your Facebook page. If you see, you don't have any visitors.
Then you can share your post is different groups and pages and your friends profile to get more traffic on your page. And as you know, more traffic means more money.
Instagram is also a good platform, so if you have an Instagram account, then you can increase your audience on it. So as the audience get your posts and watch your stories about your product, they ask you and buy it.
